I must take 5000IU of Vitamin D3 per day to stabilize a Vitamin D deficiency. I recently learned that Vitamin K aids in the absorption of Vitamin D. I was thankful to find this XGoldHealth formulation that combines the 5000IU of Vitamin D with a 225mcg complex of Vitamin K1, K2 and K3. I have had excellent results with the XGoldHealth formulation and look forward to the results of my next blood test which will determine the true effectiveness based on my Vitamin D levels.
